Jourdan River House
Gorgeous custom-built four bedroom, three bath family home located in Jourdan River Shores subdivision. This home was designed for maximum family time, from the great room and kitchen, to the deck overlooking the lawn, dock and the river, there's something for everyone.
Spectacular views of the Jourdan can be enjoyed from both upstairs and down.
The dock provides easy access for swimming in the lagoon or enjoying all water sports in the river. Most vacation home rentals don't come with a boat ramp.
Our private boat ramp makes it very convenient to get the fun started and saves you time that can be spent out on the water.
Gourmet kitchen with outdoor gas grill and built-in mini fridge make it easy for entertaining.
The River house is only 15 minutes from Old Town Bay St. Louis. This quaint little town offers both fine and casual dining, art galleries, antique shops, gift shops, beautiful beaches, and a marina! If that's not enough action the property is only 15 minutes from all the fun and excitement of the Gulf Coast Casinos.
If the big city is more your thing, you're only 50 minutes from downtown New Orleans and the Historic French Quarter.
Amenities
This is a 4 BR, 3 bath house, located in the Jourdan River Shores community. Very few vacation home rentals offer all of this. Kayaks and bicycles are included with your rental. In the summer months the community pool is open. The tennis/pickle ball courts and the river are open year round for your enjoyment.
